Your role
We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead Hornet’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts—driving adoption, retention, and revenue in key markets.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Partner with Product and Design to increase feature adoption and product usability
- Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and data synthesis to inform product strategy
- Work with the Creative team to localize product messaging and campaign narratives for key regions
- Contribute to app store optimization (ASO), onboarding flows, and in-app communication strategy
What we are looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing or product strategy
- Strong user empathy, storytelling, and analytical thinking
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Design) to drive adoption and retention
- Comfortable leading research, positioning work, lifecycle and go-to-market launches
- Native-level fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
