Do you want to join Hornet? We are looking for a Global Compliance & Product Integrity Manager to join our product team as part of the growth organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a Global Compliance & Product Integrity Manager with several years of experience who is passionate about building safe and compliant products and thrives in a collaborative, fully remote environment.
Your Role
- Monitor global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) and international digital tax laws to ensure compliance.
- Serve as the primary link between legal, product, and engineering to integrate compliance into platform features.
- Align regulatory requirements with product workflows through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee partner relationships, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with platform standards.
- Develop processes to ensure partners meet platform policies and global regulations.
- Maintain documentation to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned on compliance initiatives.
Your Profile & Experience
- Strong understanding of global regulations and online compliance laws.
- Proven experience auditing and managing relationships with external partners.
- Background in working with cross-functional teams (legal, product, engineering) to implement compliance solutions.
- Experience in regulatory documentation, training creation, and resource development for internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to monitoring and adapting to evolving regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify regulatory complexities for diverse stakeholders.
