Do you want to join Hornet? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset passionate about building engaging user experiences, driving product growth, and iterating based on data. As a Product Manager at Hornet, you will play a key role in shaping our products, collaborating across teams, and ensuring our features deliver real value to our global LGBTQ+ community.
Your Role
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring smooth execution and commitment to deadlines.
- Launch A/B tests and analyze data to make data-driven product decisions that improve user revenue and retention.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps.
- Write clear and concise product documentations to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Define key success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on insights.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and conduct user interviews and research to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and ensure our products address real user needs.
Your Profile & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment, preferably with experience in mobile apps and consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, A/B testing, and user research to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with user engagement, retention strategies, and growth-driven product improvements.
- Passion for the LGBTQ+ community or a strong interest in contributing to an inclusive and meaningful mission.
- Experience with analytics tools is a plus.
